The Lumnix Platform is intended for different user profiles:

• Children (from 2 years old): Must use the platform under the constant supervision of parents or legal guardians.
• Parents and Guardians: For monitoring development and using communication and learning tools.
• Teachers and Educators: For applying activities in educational contexts and monitoring student engagement.
• Doctors and Therapists: For analyzing behavioral reports as a support tool in their professional practices.

Users under 18 years of age declare that they have permission from a legal guardian to use the Platform.

3. Description of Services and Features

3.1 Access Model

Lumnix is a free platform, with all features accessible at no cost. Voluntary donations are welcome to support the maintenance and expansion of the project.

3.2 Main Features

The platform offers various activities, including:

• Interactive Activities: Modes like "Free Exploration," "Drawing," and "Move It, Lumnix!" that promote motor coordination and creativity through immediate sensory feedback.
• Passive and Guided Activities: Modes like "Letter Learning" and "Dance of Shapes" that present content in a structured way with automatic progression, designed to reduce cognitive load.
• Communication and Regulation Tools: The "I Want" mode, which functions as an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tool, and the "Guided Breathing" mode for self-regulation exercises.

3.3 Data Collection and Reports

To provide progress reports, Lumnix collects anonymous user interaction data. This includes time spent in each mode, frequency of interactions, and the distinction between active (user-initiated) and passive (automatic) interactions. This data is processed to generate behavioral reports that help understand usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected or associated with these reports.

3.4 Relationship with ABA Therapy

Lumnix is not a therapy, nor does it replace the guidance of a certified professional. The platform may use design principles and positive reinforcement inspired by methodologies such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create an engaging learning environment. Its use is complementary and supportive, not constituting therapeutic treatment.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal purpose or one prohibited by these Terms. You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the performance of the Platform.

5. Privacy Policy
